Two men arrested in deadly Salem shooting

Salem, Ore. -- Two men were arrested following a deadly shooting in Salem over the weekend.

Police said 21-year-old Rafael Garcia was shot to death and two other people were injured. The victims drove to the Salem hospital for help, but by the time they arrived, Garcia was already dead, police said.
One surviving victim was flown by Life Flight to a Portland area hospital and the other was treated and released.
The shooting happened on Sunday, near 5th and Locust NE around 3:30 a.m.

After interviewing witnesses, police tracked down and arrested Adrian Montoya-Franco, 24, of Salem and Francisco Ibarra-Ruiz, 21, of Keizer. They face several charges including murder, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
