One killed, two wounded in Salem shooting

SALEM, Ore. -- A man was killed and two people were wounded in a shooting Sunday in Northeast Salem.
It was the second homicide in five days in that part of the city.
The victim was identified as 21-year-old Rafael Garcia of Keizer.
Another victim, a 20-year-old woman from Monmouth, was in critical condition at a Portland hospital.
A third victim was a 24-year-old man from the Salem area who was treated and released from Salem Hospital. Neither was identified.
Police said two vehicles drove alongside each other, shots were fired and one car drove away, leaving the two men and the woman wounded in a car dotted with bullet holes.
