Salem man sent to prison in child porn case

PORTLAND, Ore. -- A Salem man who pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison.

Prosecutors said Monday that Douglas Sauncy distributed and received images through the operation of a file server he ran on the Internet.

Besides 90 months in prison, U.S. District Court Judge Michael Mosman ordered Sauncy to serve three years of supervised release.
