SALEM -- A murder suspect wanted for a 2001 killing was recently spotted in Salem and police wanted to warn the public.

Detectives said Jose Rosendo Carrillo-Padilla was on the most wanted in connection with the shooting death of Miguel Ochoa-Ochoa in September of 2001.

Marion County

Officers said he was seen February 22 near Lancaster Dr NE and Sunnyview Rd NE in a red car.

He may be with a heavy-set white woman in her 40s with blonde "poofy" hair, according to police.

He was considered armed and dangerous and anyone who sees him should immediately call 9-1-1.
