O'Leary was ejected from a vehicle that crashed on a rural road southwest of Enterprise on Friday. Three other teenagers were taken by ambulance to Wallowa Memorial Hospital and have since been released.
The Wallowa County Sheriff's Office said alcohol was not involved, but the crash remains under investigation. It's believed O'Leary was the only occupant not wearing a seat belt.
