Chopped Salad


Ingredients


1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice, plus zest
2 Teaspoons Fresh Tarragon, chopped
Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper, to taste
1 Cup Green Onions, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1/2 Cup Green Olives, coarsely chopped
1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, coarsley chopped
6 Cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
1/3 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
2 Cups Jarlsberg Cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes

Instruction


In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, tarragon, salt and pepper. In large
bowl, mix together green onion, celery, and olives. Add lettuce, parsley and Jarlsberg
cheese. Add dressing and toss.
