Italian Sausage and Pepper Polenta

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Package Prepared Polenta, 16 ounces, sliced 1" thick
1 Container Buitoni Italian Sausage and Peppers Sauce
1/3 Cup Buitoni Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Italian Parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to broil.

2. Lightly brush baking sheet with olive oil. Place polenta slices on sheet and lightly brush
with olive oil.

3. In a saucepan, add the Buitoni Italian Sausage and Peppers Sauce and heat through.
 

4. Place polenta under broiler, and broil for 3 minutes. Flip and broil another 3 minutes; until
sizzling.

5. Spoon sauce over slices of polenta. Top with Buitoni shredded Parmesan cheese, and
parsley.
