Deb's Dubliner Artichoke Dip
- 1 Cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, lightly drained and chopped
- 1 Cup Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Combine all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and
bubbly. Crack pepper over top. Serve with crusty bread, pita or crackers.
