PORTLAND -- A weak storm system brought dreary skies and drizzle to the Portland area Friday and another one should move in Sunday, but the temps should sneak back up into the 80s by mid-week, KGW meteorologist Nick Allard said.
The high temperature Friday would probably only reach the low to mid-70s, compared to 83 degrees Thursday, Allard said.
Saturday the morning cloud cover was not expected to be as thick and widespread as Friday, which meant temps would increase just a bit.
"But Sunday another weak system will move through, increasing the chance for clouds and drizzle again before clearing for some afternoon sun," he said.
The next chance for 80-plus-temps will likely be Tuesday.
