5. Trooper rescues panicking pug on I-205: The runaway pug dog had escaped from the veterinarian and ran straight into heavy traffic on Interstate 205. A trooper managed not only to protect it from the cars but eventually captured the terrified pooch, too. Slideshow: Pug rescue
