Bellagios celebrates their Anniversary with Free Pizza for a Year
01:07 PM PDT on Thursday, July 3, 2008
Bellagios Pizza first opened its doors during the summer of 1996 in West Linn, Oregon. The company, founded by Julie Collins and her former business partner, Keith Collins, immediately attracted a loyal following of pizza connoisseurs. The company quickly began to grow and expand within the Portland Metro Area, and the first franchise was sold in 1999.
Over the years, Bellagios Pizza has gained a reputation for having the very best pizza in town. There are now 14 locations throughout the entire Portland/Vancouver Metro Area.
Bellagios celebrated their 12th Anniversary in June by holding a Free Pizza for A Year drawing at all 14 locations. The winners were also invited to the Vancouver Bellagios on Thursday morning (July 3rd) for a pizza-eating contest broadcast live on Newschannel 8 at Sunrise.
The winner of the pizza eating contest received a $400.00 gas card and the runner-up went home with a $200.00 gas card.
