I took this photograph of two Perseids meteors at about 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning from the dock at Trillium Lake. It was within the same 20 sec. time exposure that the two meteors appeared. There was a temperature inversion: 54 degrees at 1500 ft., 68 degrees at 2500 feet and 60 degrees at 4000 ft. The meteor shower peaked with the flurry of meteors at 1:00 a.m. and again at 4:00 a.m.
