The weather was absolutely gorgeous today. Sunny, warm, and just a few clouds here-and-there. It was a great day to appreciate the views of the west side, downtown Portland, and the Willamette river, from the East bank Esplanade. I was surprised that there weren't more boaters on the river. There was a handful of people engaged in river activities, and they certainly looked like they enjoyed it. http://rosecityreport.blogspot.com/
