June 23, 2012 - Spectacular fun-filled attraction of hot air balloons were seen at dusk during the Northwest Natural Night Glow at the 2012 Festival of Balloons at Cook Park in Tigard with an amazing live music, carnival, shopping, eating and a whole lot of fun for the entire family.
