Got a party coming up? Before you drop $5 or more on wrapping paper, be sure to check around your house first. What a great way to stay earth friendly & frugal!

{10 Frugal Ways to Wrap Gifts for FREE}

1. Sheet Music

2. Blueprints (Architect firms and other building firms trash the blueprints, call and ask if you can have them.)

3. Maps

4. Comics from the Newspaper

5. Coupons (Yes, those expired inserts can be used to wrap gifts!)

6. Coloring Sheets (Let your kids create a masterpiece and use that.)

7. Fabric

8. Old Gift Bags

9. Magazines

10. Brown Paper Sacks (Use potato stamps, shown below, and let your kiddos stamp a new design. Simply use a cookie cutter to make the stamp.)

Hopefully this post got your mind thinking about all the creative ways you can wrap your next gift. Get your kids involved too, I love opportunities to teach my boys about reusing and being frugal plus, they have the most creative ideas too!
