You've sorted it, your kids have traded the Twix for a Hershey and saved what you want... Now, you're probably wondering what to do with leftover Halloween candy. Parenting.com has some great ideas. We want to know what others you ideas have in mind- share your comments here or in the forums.
Ideas from Parenting.com:
Freeze the Candy: How yummy is it to add candy like Butterfinger or Snickers to ice cream or a shake?
Trail Mix: Those M&Ms and Skittles just might make that trail mix a little more appealing to your little ones.
Sugar Fix: Stash a couple of pieces for yourself... or maybe for bribing (no judgement herel!).
Out of the House: The office is a great candy vacuum or you can donate to groups like Operation Shoebox, which supports our troops, will gladly take donations.
Of course, let's be honest, you can always just eat it:)
