This week, we hit Walgreens hard for school supply deals and household items as well. Now, I do realize some of these items could have been better deals if I would have waited a bit or used Register Rewards but sometimes, you just 'need' to get stuff and you have to work it the best you can.
I used coupons from the newspaper combined with sale items to score these deals. Always be sure to check out our weekly Walgreens matchups for the best deals and printable coupons too! Here's my savings:
Regular price would have been $116.75
Paid $69.94
Saved $46.81
Best deal – Bought Gillette cartridges for $16.99 but had a $1.00 coupon plus got a free razor. The razor alone was worth $13.99.
Not bad for items I actually needed right then. Match up the sale ad with coupons and you'll always land a good deal!
