If you're a Seahawks fan, it was a touchdown. If you're a Packers fan, it was an interception. No matter who you were, it was the straw that broke the camel's back with the NFL's replacement officials. On the national stage of Monday Night Football Sept. 24, the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Green Bay Packers 14-12. The game ended on a final play Russell Wilson Hail Mary that was either caught by Seattle's Golden Tate or Green Bay's M.D. Jennings. The replacement officials ultimately said it was a simultaneous catch, so it went to the offense. What everyone agreed on -- regardless of what the NFL said -- is that it was the catalyst to get the real officials back on the field three days later. While the Packers recovered to win the NFC North, the real victims in the entire episode were those replacement refs, who became the target of ridicule and even death threats for a situation that wasn't their fault to begin with.
