HALLE BERRY TO PRESENT AT THE OSCARS
BEVERLY HILLS (AP) -- In what could be an indication that producers feel it could be an historic night for blacks at the Oscars, Halle Berry has been picked to be a presenter. Berry is the only black woman so far to win an Oscar for best actress. So far. But there's a good chance Viola Davis will become the second for her role in "The Help." And there's also a good chance her co-star Octavia Spencer will become the fifth black woman to win best supporting actress. Hattie McDaniel, Whoopi Goldberg, Jennifer Hudson and Mo'Nique were the others. "The Help" is also in the running for best picture.
