USHER: WINS PRIMARY CUSTODY OF KIDS WITH EX-WIFE

ATLANTA (AP) -- Usher will get to keep the kids he had with his ex-wife. A judge in Atlanta has awarded the singer primary physical custody of his sons, ages 4 and 3. The custody arrangement will begin September 1. The ruling ends a long legal fight with his ex. Usher and Tameka Foster Raymond have been scrapping in courts since their marriage began falling apart. The judge has ruled that Usher's ex will have joint legal custody, but there has been no ruling on what type of visitation she will get. In a Twitter post, Tameka Raymond suggests her ex-hubby's fame and fortune carried the day in court. In one post after the ruling went public, she tweets: "Money can buy many things... But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail.
