3 DOORS DOWN BASSIST ARRESTED FOR DUI

D'IBERVILLE, Miss. (AP) -- 3 Doors Down have started work on a new album, but bassist Todd Harrell has bigger things on his mind. Harrell was arrested for DUI after an accident Thursday morning in D'Iberville, Mississippi. Police say Harrell failed to stop at an intersection and collided with a pickup truck. Harrell was charged with DUI and not wearing a seat belt. He was released on $1,000 bond after an appearance before a judge. Police say Harrell consented to a blood test and the toxicology report is pending.
