TYLER PERRY: NUMBER TWO AT THE BOX OFFICE
NEW YORK (AP) -- "Tyler Perry's Good Deeds" is number two at the box office. It opened well earning an estimated $16 million. It's a more dramatic offering for Perry, who directs and stars in the movie. The active-duty Navy SEALs action flick "Act of Valor" premiered in first place, taking in an estimated $24.7 million. Denzel Washington's "Safe House," is in fourth place, behind Dwayne Johnson in "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island." "The Vow" rounds out the top five.
