 Seasoning Spice for Filet:
•    1 tsp Kosher Salt
•    1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
•    ½ tsp granulated garlic

Generously season both sides of filet, place filet on preheated 500 degree flame grill rotating every two to three minutes. When desired temperature is reach remove and let rest for one minute before serving.


Cleaning Lobster Tail:
o    Split the top of the lobster tail in half with kitchen sheers
o    Carefully remove the meat and inner vein
o    Gently score the meat from top to end
o    Baste with clarified butter and bake for 7 minutes in 425 degree oven

Serve with steamed vegetables and baked potato
