GOVERNMENT CAMP, Ore. – Mt Hood Meadows ski resort is offering a discounted “Rest of Season Pass” after a recent Feb. snow dump that yielded 91 inches of snow and counting.
The pass, which is good starting March 10 until the end of the season, can be purchased for $139 at the resort or $119 in advance. A pass for people age 7 to 22 costs $99.
Before March 10, pass holders can get discounted lift tickets.
“We usually call it our spring pass, but that doesn’t make sense because winter just started,” said Mt. Hood Meadows spokesman Dave Tragethon.
Mt. Hood Meadows plans to operate daily through April 27 and then at least the first two weekends in May, Tragethon said.
The current base at Mt. Hood Meadows is just over 100 inches, with around 112 inches at mid-mountain.
