Portland Saturday Market goes uptown for three days with craft offerings at Pioneer Square on Dec. 7 through 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The regular Saturday Market runs every day from Dec. 16 through Christmas. Saturday Market at the Square
