Thank you for your Email regarding men in fitting rooms. We are pleased to address your inquiry.
Victoria's Secret does allow men to use our fitting rooms. However, because our primary target customer is female and because of the sensitive nature of our product, there are specific guidelines for males in the fitting room areas. If a male customer requests a fitting room at a busy time of day, or there are female customers in the area, we ask him to come back at a time when the shop is less busy. If there are one or two females in the fitting rooms, and it is a shop where there are additional fitting rooms free from female use, we will allow him to use a room free of female traffic.
Victoria's Secret only allows one customer per fitting room, with the exception of children. Once again, since our primary customer is female, we need to ensure that all of our customers are comfortable. Therefore, we are unable to allow a man to enter a fitting room with his significant other. It was signed by a Victoria's Secret Customer Relations employee.
