WEST LINN -- A West Linn mother was accused of DUII and two counts of child neglect after she crashed her Volvo station wagon early Tuesday morning.
She was not hurt. Investigating officers learned that her two children, age three and four, had been left alone in their Sunset Neighborhood home, Sgt. Neil Hennelly told KGW.
The mother, Eva Chapin, 31, was booked into the Clackamas County jail and later released.
She was not formally charged with child neglect at arraignment. Hennelly said the DA would file those at a later date.
