Banks, post offices, libraries to close for July 4th

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Government offices across Oregon will be closed tomorrow in observe of the July 4th holiday.
Post offices across the state will be closed as well; there is no regularly scheduled mail service.
Express mail and special delivery will be delivered.
Most library branches and many banks will be closed, and parking meters across the state WON'T be enforced.
Oregon Liquor Control Commission stores may be open at the store's option. Independent contractors in smaller communities in Oregon and Washington may be open; patrons should check locally.
State lottery offices in Oregon and Washington will be closed, but regular games will be played.
And if you're looking for somewhere to take your kids: The Oregon Zoo IS open on the 4th.
