Celebrate mom with French cuisine at The Heathman

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Families and friends are invited to a buffet, brunch and afternoon tea at The Heathman Restaurant and Bar for Mother’s Day celebrations.
Classical French dishes will be served for mom on May 10 at the popular downtown eatery. The menu includes locally-raised lamb, Dungeness crab, halibut and wild salmon. Eggs Benedict and Portuguese French Toast will be among the breakfast items served.
The Heathman will offer two seatings for the buffet, at 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. at a price of $38 per adult and $17 for children 12 and under.
A brunch a la cart menu will be available in the main dining room from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on May 9 and May 10.
Afternoon tea begins at 3 p.m. and is accompanied by cucumber sandwiches, Lanai banana bread, goat cheese crostinis and lemon bars.
The Heathman’s culinary director is Philippe Boulot.
