Chicken Salad

--Marinate chicken breasts in milk (can be buttermilk-cream-or even 1%) for at least one hour.

--Rinse, drain and season with salt and pepper before roasting.

--Roast chicken breasts in convection oven 375 degrees for approx 25 minutes.

--Cool, dice and place in bowl.

Chop:

1 cup celery

1/2 –3/4 cup onions

1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

Add the diced chicken and mix in enough mayonaise to bind everything

together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
