Seared Halibut with Strawberry Salsa

Put Extra Virgin Olive Oil on a grill or into a heavy pan on medium high heat.

Sear the Halibut fillets on both sides quickly and then cook for approximately 6-7 minutes, turning once.

In a bowl put

one (1) pint of strawberries , cleaned and sliced

1 Tablespoon shredded fresh basil

1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

black pepper to taste

Mix together and allow to sit about 20 minutes for flavors to blend.
