LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Shia LaBeouf (SHY'-uh luh-BUHF') and his character in "Lawless" both did the same thing when they got their first big paycheck. They bought themselves cars. LaBeouf says his mother had what he called "a rape van with no windows." He just wanted a car with windows. He bought a used Volvo for $500 and stocked it with a stereo and TVs that set him back $10,000. He says it was "the most ridiculous Volvo you'd ever seen."
