LAS VEGAS (ap) -- One of Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriends is pregnant. Holly Madison has been with her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella for nine months. He's a party promoter. Madison's been appearing in "Peepshow," a burlesque show in Las Vegas. She has to decide how long she'll be able to keep working. She's three months along.
