NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (AP) -- Reese Witherspoon has had the talk with her 12-year-old daughter Ava and eight-year-old son Deacon. Not THAT talk. The domestic violence talk about how one in three women is abused by their mates. She spoke with her kids before heading to the Washington area to speak at a conference about domestic violence. She tells AP Radio it's important for Deacon to understand how to treat women and it's especially important for Ava to know about men since it won't be too long before she's dating.
