KANSAS CITY, Mo (AP) -- Hallmark is celebrating Justin Bieber's 18th birthday today with the announcement of a line of Bieber cards. The 48 cards will include ones for birthdays and just to say hello. Some will have lights and Bieber songs. Others will include collectors' items like door hangers and photo inserts. The sentiments include things like "Hope your big day rocks like never before" and "You must be one of my biggest fans 'cause you blow me away, girl!" Unfortunately, you can't send Bieber a Bieber card just yet. They come out in April.
