NEW YORK (AP) -- NBC is revealing more about the episode of "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" where Miranda Lambert is a guest star. It's the first time she's acted on screen. She doesn't play a singer. She plays an actress. When the episode begins an aspiring actress, played by someone else, is found unconscious in Central Park with drugs in her system and evidence of sexual trauma. The detectives visit a producer she had auditioned for. They prevent him from assaulting another actress on the casting couch. That's the actress Lambert plays. Michael McKean plays the sleazebag producer. The episode airs a week from this Wednesday, on February 8.
