STRATFORD, Ontario (AP) -- A Justin Bieber autograph is expected to sell for a high price on eBay -- because it's on a car. Bieber autographed the dashboard of a red 2012 Genesis Coupe at a car dealership in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario. The car will be put on eBay tomorrow. Bieber requested the proceeds be used to fix up the local skate park.
