MADONNA GOES LIGHT AND DARK FOR NEW ALBUM

\ LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Madonna says she was eager to make another album because, in her words, "I do have a recording career I have to pay attention to and I do have to pay the rent." She says she collaborated with DJ Martin Solveig, whose music she describes as "happy." She also reunited with William Orbit, who tends to make more introspective music. Madonna says the album is "a good combination of the light and the dark." It's called "MDNA" but a release date has not yet been revealed.
