MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Scotty McCreery sees his year is shaping up like this: tour with Brad Paisley, be back in Garner, North Carolina in time to play high school baseball and then enroll in college part-time in the fall. McCreery tells the Minneapolis Star Tribune "college is important" to him. He says "you never know how far your job can take you." McCreery says he plans on studying marketing or communications, something that will help in the music world.
