"THE IRON LADY" - MERYL STREEP

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Meryl Streep had to come up with her interpretation of Margaret Thatcher without meeting her. She watched videos and remembered the day Thatcher spoke at Streep's daughter's college. Streep saw Thatcher give a lecture at Northwestern. She says that made an "indelible impression" on her, enough so that she was able to draw on that to help her play the role. "The Iron Lady" opens in more theaters on Friday.
