NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- Aretha Franklin, Mary J. Blige, Fantasia and Stephanie Mills will be on the lineup for the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans this summer. Franklin will also be honored with the festival's Power Award. The festival is set for July 6-8.
