UNDATED (AP) -- Carrie Underwood has upped her pay-grade big time. According to Parade Magazine's 30th Annual Report: "What People Earn, Then and Now" she made $15,980 as a waitress in 2004. Her income now is estimated at $20 million. Underwood has sold more than 14 million albums since releasing "Some Hearts" in 2005. Her new album, "Blown Away," is set for release next month. The magazine hits newsstands this Sunday, April 15th.
