DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -- "Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher isn't saying how much money he has invested in a startup company called Dwolla. Dwolla is an Iowa tech company that lets users transfer money or pay for things through their smartphones or online for a flat fee of 25 cents per transaction. Kutcher told The Des Moines Register he wants to help build a "killer" company in Iowa and put a bunch of people to work there. Kutcher isn't just a silent investor. Dwolla's founder, Ben Milne, says Kutcher's insights have shown up in the product already in a million different ways.
