KATIE COURIC FAILS TO BREAK "TODAY" SHOW'S WIN STREAK

NEW YORK (AP) -- Even with Katie Couric, it was close but no cigar for "Good Morning Amerivca." The "Today" show extended its 16-year winning streak by beating GMA by a margin of 210,000 viewers. Despite Couric co-hosting the show, the Today show's margin of victory increased by nearly 100,000 viewers.
