While presenting Best Costume Design on stage with Cameron Diaz -- who was also wearing a light, glimmery gown -- Lopez got even more attention for her elegant and extravagant dress.
With so many eyes upon her -- and her neckline -- wishful spectators were quick to cry wardrobe malfunction when she took the stage.
