James Beard Award winning Chef Vitaly Paley’s Imperial is gearing up for their huge Mother’s Day Brunch.
Mother’s Day is right around the corner (Sunday, May 14) and Brian McFayden went Imperial restaurant, located in the historic Hotel Lucia to meet up with Chef de Cuisine Matthew Jarrell. They talked about Imperial’s famed weekend brunch and even cooked up some of their Mother’s Day brunch items from the wood-fired grill and rotisserie.
