Mindy McCready has been committed to a treatment facility for a mental health and alcohol abuse evaluation following the apparent suicide of her boyfriend David Wilson. Sources say family members sought to have the troubled country singer committed to a mental-health facility. Earlier in the day, her two sons, 6-year-old Zander, and 9-month old Zayne, were removed from Mindy's Arkansas home. She also admitted to a judge that she had indulged in too much alcohol because she was still mourning David's passing.
