PORTLAND -- The lead singer of Gossip ended her disorderly conduct case in a Multnomah County courtroom Wednesday.
Mary Beth Patterson -- also known as Beth Ditto -- pleaded no contest during a morning hearing, and the charge was reduced to a violation. It's unknown how much the fine will be, though the Multnomah Co. District Attorney's Office said she'll pay no less than $435; if she's eligible for community court, she may be able to have the case dismissed after doing community service.
Patterson had been in a bar on North Mississippi Avenue before standing in the street, shouting, and blocking traffic on Saturday, according to Portland police.
