CNN and Fox News went on across the board with wrong info Thursday, incorrectly reporting the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the heart of President Obama's health care law.
Some dubbed it the "Dewey defeats Truman" flub of our age and lambasted both companies across social media for their hurried mistakes.
The headline on CNN's website, "Mandate struck down," remained up for several minutes, causing journalists to cringe with each ticking second.

The Huffington Post followed Fox and CNN's lead, but later apologized saying, "We jumped the gun on Twitter."
