Richard Finch, a co-founder of KC and the Sunshine Band, was arrested March 23, 2010, in Newark, Ohio, for allegedly having sexual relations with a teenage boy. Finch, 56, was charged with gross sexual imposition and remains in jail on a $250,000 bond. (Handout)
